In no Gaze will a new road ford any stream or <br />wet area, unless proven to be the best alternative from an environmental point of <br />view, nor will natural drainages be diverted. Wherever needed, water bars and <br />ditches will be constructed to control nuroff. <br />As soon as these new roads are no longer needed they will be reclaimed according <br />to the requirements of 30 CFR 816.176.
