The mining <br />stopped in May, 1981. <br />We note that the hall road destroyed by the Division was <br />forced upon us after only four (4) years of difficult use without <br />any Bond requirement. This was done over our objection (published) <br />by a former Board in 20. minutes. We note that the present Division <br />has failed to address other problems including the restoration of <br />our airfield. <br />We do agree to accept all areas as-is as we have agreed with <br />Sun Coal. <br />47e ask that Coal View Ghost Ranch be returned to our:use and <br />control without Bond forthwith. <br />Sincerely, <br />cam- G~ <br />/John A.
