Please be advised that on August 7, 2001, Asphalt Constructors, Inc., whose address and telephone number aze
7040 W. Hwy. 160 P.O. Box 449, Alamosa, CO 81101; [phone], filed an application to wndud Surface
extraction of construction materials and reclaroation, at or near Section 21, Township 40N, Range 6E, 10th Prime
Meridian, in Rio Grande County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section,
Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled for November 5, 2001.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Rio Grande County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the
office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
If you desire to make wmmeats or objections, they must be submitted within twerty (20) days of the date of the
newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact
