7040 W. Hwy, 160 P.O. Box 449, Alamosa, CO 81101; [phone], filed an application to conduct Surface
extraction of construction materials and reclamation, at or near Section 21, Township 40N, Range 6E, 10th Prime
Meridian, in Rio Grande County- Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section,
Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled for November 5, 2001.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Rio Grande Courrty Clerk & Recorder's office and at the
office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Shemlan Sffeet, Denver, Colorado 80203.
