According to the lease, reseeding must be done under the <br />recommendation of the surface managers (the Bureau of Land <br />Management). Therefore, Cotter is obligated to use the seed <br />mixture recommended by this agency. <br />4. All pre-existing structures, including roads, must be left <br />intact and restored to their original state at the cessation <br />of mining.} <br />Within five years after reclamation has begun, the following <br />activities will be completed: <br />1. Sealing of adits, shafts, ventholes, etc. <br />2. Removal of surface buildings <br />3. Grading of waste dump and other affected land <br />4. Preparation of seedbed, where applicable <br />5. Revegetation, where applicable <br />A description of grading, seeding, fertilization, <br />revegetation, and topsoiling may be found under the section <br />entitled "Reclamation Performance Standards." <br />
