This value will be determined from <br />historical production records from undisturbed portions of the study azea along the haul road <br />corridor. The four premise vegetation types described under the cover success standard for the haul <br />road coaidor will be used to develop the success standard. CRP lands will be seeded to permanent <br />vegetation unless the landowner requests that they be returned to cropland. Reclamation success for <br />all permanently reclahned azeas shall be met when the value of the reclaimed azea is at least 90 percent <br />of the comparison standazd with 90 percent statistical confidence.
