~~ <br />Zt has no clearly identitiable focus and is situated on <br />shallow sandy soil that has accumulated on sandstone bedrock. <br />Because the site lacks apparent depth of fill and has not nor <br />is likely to provide significant information on the prehistory <br />of the region, it is field evaluated as not eligible for <br />listing on the NRHP. This site is on property owned by the <br />Pitkin Iron Company. <br />Isolated find 5ME6870 consists of 1 utilized flake, and <br />isolated find 5ME687I consists of two flakes. Neither is <br />considered significant. <br />The sites and isolated finds are recommended as not <br />eligible for listing on the NRHP, and no further work is <br />considered necessary. The project will have no apparent <br />direct affect on these resources.
