already have the signature and seal/stamp of a Colorado registered professional
engineer.

Also included with this submittal is the proof of placement with the Weld County Clerk
to the Board of County Commissioners of the following information:
a. Proof of legal right to entry of parcel excepted into the permit by the
removal of the parcel from the previous legal description exceptions.
b. Exhibit C-3: Protection of Existing Facilities Plat.
c. DMG correspondence of 21 April 1999 and attending financial warranty
determinations received 23 April 1999.
d. Proofs of publication and notification - as previously provided to the DMG
at the time of site inspection.
e. DMG inspection report on the subject property,
