You have listed 9 permanent manmade structures within 200 feet. A fence is approximately 50 <br />feet from the mining face. Seaworth's outbuildings aze 140 feet from the face. All of the <br />remaining structures are a minimum of 5.6 times the pit depth (20 feet) or 112 feet. In-other- <br />w~rds, all of the structures are within 200 feet of affected land. Al] of these structures are <br />significant, valuable or permanent.
