Rule 6.4.3 (b) requires that the power line along Tafr Hill Road be named on your map. <br />l•' 2. Is William Seaworth the owner of the building(s) where the two overhead power lines coverge <br />west of the proposed permit area? <br />Uti 3. Show the name and owner of the irrigation water supply ditch along the north proposed permit <br />boundary. <br />Exhibit D-Mining Plan <br />tli„ 1. Your plan includes a settling pond area in the southwest corner of the pit. It also includes <br />pumping water from the pond directly to the Cache La Poudre River. Show the pond on the <br />Mining Plan Map. Show the location of the water conveyance structure for delivering water to <br />the river. Describe the type of conveyance structure and its construction or installation. <br />Include this land in the permit azea, if it is not totally within another permit azea and will be <br />affected.
