• <br /> <br /> <br />2.06.5 Permits Incorporationg Variances from Approximate Original <br />Contour Restoration Requirements for Steep Slope Mining <br />Sunbelt is not requesting a variance from reestablishing the approximate <br />original contour. However, complete elimination of the face-up area in <br />conjunction with the continued mining will be impossible. A complete <br />explanation of the reclamation procedures to be used to stabilize the <br />face-up area is set forth in Section 2.05.4. <br />All drainage patterns inherent within the existing area will be restored <br />following completion of mining activities. <br />2.06.6 Prime Farmlands <br />This Section is not applicable to the mining operations planned by <br />Sunbelt.
