A revised Table 7, Proposed Seed Mixture, is attached for <br />insertion in the permit document. <br />9. The a licant will commit to havin all est and disease control <br />measures approve by t e Division prior to t eir use at t e site. <br />RESPONSE: <br />Peerless Resources Inc. has no problem committing to providing <br />information to the Division should any pest or disease control measures <br />be necessary. Prior to implementation of any pest or disease control at <br />the site, Peerless Resources, Inc. will submit a plan to the Division <br />for its approval. No pest and disease control measures will be <br />undertaken without first receiving approval from the Division. <br />10. Though the Division agrees that the areas which have been <br />previously disturbed and not reclaimed to the requirements of SMCRA <br />and the Colorado Act need not be reclaimed to the standards in <br />4.15.8, t e app icant needs to prose a standard revegetation <br />success criteria for cover per 4.15.10. <br />RESPONSE: <br /> <br />Peerless Resources, Inc. requests that the Division assist in <br />determining a standard revegetation success criteria. Based on <br />discussions held with Peerless Resources, Inc. in March of 1985, the <br />Division has no problem in developing a workable and realistic success <br />criteria for the eventual reclamation activities at the Coal Gulch <br />operation. Peerless Resources, Inc. will plan to seed the mixture as <br />set forth in revised Table 7, Proposed Seed Mixture. <br />11.
