Please commit to spreading 500 lbs of cereal grain straw or hay mulch <br />over the 5000 square feet of reclaimed, reseeded area to help retain soil <br />moisture for successful reveaetation. <br />13. I have contacted the Montrose Field Office of the U.S. Soil Conservation <br />Service regarding the adeouacy of your proposed seed mix.
