Minine Plan <br />A. The letters from Poudre Valley R.E.A. and the Colorado Department of Transportation <br />have been received. [n reference to a signed statement from Mr. Grant, until the <br />statement is received by the Division, no mining or other disturbance may take place <br />within 200 feet of Mr. Grant's home or other permanent structures. <br />Until the Division receives a copy of the Larimer County permit, stating the minimum <br />setbacks, mine-related disturbances will be restricted to no closer than 200 feet from the <br />county roads. Similarly, until the Division receives the referenced statements from the <br />landowner, mining disturbances will be limited to no closer than 200 feet from the two <br />irrigation ditches on the property. Disturbances will also be restricted to 200 feet away <br />from the Box Elder Ditch until a written agreement is provided to the Division. <br />B. One item remains to be resolved in this section. The Applicant states that Connell will <br />preform (src) "Best Management Practices" to prevent the contamination of ground and <br />
