Phase IVa Weekly Summary No. 1 I Page 2 <br />Field Monitoring and Testine Activities <br />003-2203 <br />Golder monitored slope recontouring, including verification of lift thickness, material, compactive <br />effort, moisture content, and maximum particle size for compliance with drawings and <br />specifications. Structural Fill material placed generally consisted of more than 30% rock retained on <br />the '/o" sieve and is considered un-testable in accordance with ASTM D698. Structural Fill was <br />compacted in accordance with a method specification of four passes (minimum) with a 10-ton <br />vibratory smooth drum compactor. <br />Golder observed clearing of the Phase IVa azea and noted that the activities conducted were within <br />the disturbance limits. <br />Laboratory Test Results <br />No laboratory testing was conducted. <br />Meetin¢s <br />CC&V held a Weekly Contractor meeting on April 16`h. Items discussed include Safety, <br />Environmental, Schedule, and CQA.
