Kinard <br />County Administrator <br />County Courthouse <br />Ordway, Colorado S10E~3 <br />~E: Corwley County Gravel Pit No. 2 <br />File No. 82-126 <br />Dear Mr. Kinard: <br />I have completed. my adequacy review of your regular impact, 112 permit <br />application for the above captioned operation, This application is <br />scheduled for the upcoming March 23-24, 1983 meeting of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. I have several questions and comments concerning this <br />application that I have outlined on an exhibit-by-exhibit basis below. <br />Any exhibits or parts thereof not mentioned are considered adequate now. <br />I realize that this Board meeting is fast approaching and I am sorry <br />that this letter did not go out to you some weeks ago. I will try to make <br />my questions and comments as informative as possible and will be <br />available to answer any questions you may have about this letter during the <br />next few days before the Board meeting. I feel that, as long as we stay <br />in close contact about this application, it will be ready for Board <br />consideration during next week's meeting. <br />Application Item #1 - Name of Operation <br />I note that the name of this operation is "Crowley County Gravel Pit #2". <br />What is the status of your pit #1?
