7. Insurance. Grantee agrees to provide acceptable evidence to Grantor <br />of, and to maintain in effect, a comprehensive general liability policy, including <br />contractual coverage, with limits of no less than $1,000,000.00 combined single limit, <br />each occurrence, for bodily injury and property damage. Grantee also agrees to provide <br />acceptable evidence to Grantor of, and to maintain in effect, a comprehensive automobile <br />liability policy to include owned, non-owned and hired automobiles with limits of no less <br />than $1,000,000.00 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage. <br />Grantee agrees that its insurance will include Employers' Liability Coverage with limits <br />of no less than $1,000,000.00 per accident and per employee's disease. Grantee shall pay <br />the premiums required to maintain these policies in effect throughout the term of this <br />Agreement and shall provide Grantor with proof of coverage prior to the commencement <br />• of operations hereunder and on an annual basis thereafter or upon Grantor's request. <br />Grantor, its parent, affiliates and related companies shall be named as additional insureds <br />on all policies except Employers' Liability policies and Grantee shall pay any additional <br />premiums required for that purpose. If at all possible, the policies shall further provide <br />that they cannot be cancelled or materially changed without thirty (30) days' prior written <br />notice to Grantor. Grantor and Grantee acknowledge that Grantee's insurance is to be the <br />primary coverage for the operations and obligations of Grantee under this Agreement and <br />that it is being maintained by Grantee for the benefit of all parties to this Agreement. <br />Grantee shall also become and remain in good standing a subscriber to the Workers' <br />{coaonos.i} <br /> <br />3-4.53 <br />
