• 4.20.4 Buffer Zones <br />Sunbelt will not be conducting mining activities beneath any perennial <br />stream or impoundment having a storage volume of 20 acre-feet or more. <br />Likewise, underground mining activities will not be conducted beneath <br />any aquifer that serves as a significant source of water supply to any <br />public water system. Sunbelt will not conduct any mining activities <br />beneath any public buildings, including, but not limited to, churches, <br />schools, hospitals, courthouses, and government buildings.
