No surface blasting is planned by Sunbelt; therefore, the requirements
of this Section are not applicable to the operation.
Some limited amount of explosives will be used, as needed, in
underground activities, such as overcast development. Sunbelt will
comply with all applicable MSHA requirements for use of explosives
underground.
