Riverside Pit, MLRB #i6-56 Gentlemen: This Technical Revision will resequence and reshape the five mining stages as originally approved into four mining :stages. As a result, the mining and reclamation plan timetables must be revised. !n addition, the permanent asphalt plant site and parking area are expanded, and a temporary site for a wash plant, screening operation and specification aggregate stockpile is superimposed on the new Stage IV. The reclamation cost estimate has been updated. This Technical Revision will not increase the size of the affected lands nor will it change the metes and bounds description of the area. The final reclamation as originally approved remains the same with the exception of approximately 0.91 acres, more or less, which is being removed from the western lake and instead will be used as a part of the permanent asphalt plant and parking site.
