OF NA EURnI RESOI,''CES <br />Technical Revision <br />Sterling Ready-Mix Concrete Co. <br />Riverside Pit, MLRB #i6-56 <br />Gentlemen: <br />This Technical Revision will resequence and reshape the five <br />mining stages as originally approved into four mining :stages. As <br />a result, the mining and reclamation plan timetables must be <br />revised. !n addition, the permanent asphalt plant site and <br />parking area are expanded, and a temporary site for a wash plant, <br />screening operation and specification aggregate stockpile is <br />superimposed on the new Stage IV. The reclamation cost estimate <br />has been updated. <br />This Technical Revision will not increase the size of the <br />affected lands nor will it change the metes and bounds <br />description of the area. The final reclamation as originally <br />approved remains the same with the exception of approximately <br />0.91 acres, more or less, which is being removed from the western <br />lake and instead will be used as a part of the permanent asphalt <br />plant and parking site. <br />TECI~IICAL REVISION #1 (see attached map) <br />D~ A. Extend Stage I south to include the northern part of old <br />Stage II. Retain designation Stage I. <br />a~'B. Withdraw approximately 0.91+/- acres from the southwestern <br />corner of old Stage li and include the same acreage in the <br />permanent asphalt plant and parking site. <br />p~ C. Realign the common border of old Stages IV and V as shown on <br />the map. <br />off' D. Resequence old Stages IV and V to new Stages III and II <br />respectively. <br />E71-E.
