Dear Mr. Anderson:
We have reviewed your plan for three (3) W-weir drop
structures in the North Fork Gunnison River. The project site is
located within Section 9, Township 13 South, Range 90 West,
Gunnison County, Colorado.
The Corps of Engineers, has issued regional general permit
number 37 to authorize certain limited discharges of dredged or
fill material associated with streambank and streambed
stabilization projects. Based on our review of the information
submitted, the project is authorized by this regional permit
subject to the enclosed permit conditions.
• This authorization is valid until October 6, 1999. We have
assigned number 199675386 to your project. Please refer to this
number in any correspondence with this office. If your plan to
work extends beyond October 6, 1999, you must contact this office
to receive an extension. If you have any questions concerning
