The project site is <br />located within Section 9, Township 13 South, Range 90 West, <br />Gunnison County, Colorado. <br />The Corps of Engineers, has issued regional general permit <br />number 37 to authorize certain limited discharges of dredged or <br />fill material associated with streambank and streambed <br />stabilization projects. Based on our review of the information <br />submitted, the project is authorized by this regional permit <br />subject to the enclosed permit conditions. <br />• This authorization is valid until October 6, 1999. We have <br />assigned number 199675386 to your project. Please refer to this <br />number in any correspondence with this office. If your plan to <br />work extends beyond October 6, 1999, you must contact this office <br />to receive an extension.
