<br />4. Operations will cease on October 31, 1989, and the site will be <br />reclaimed. The sides of the pit shall then be graded to a 3:1 <br />slope and topsoil shall be replaced. <br />5. A seed mixture approved by BLM shall be sowed in the fall of 1989. <br />The recommended seed mixture is as follows: <br />western wheatgrass - 4 lbs./acre <br />sand dropseed - 2 lbs./acre <br />Indian ricegrass - 2 lbs./acre <br />Ephraim crested wheatgrass - 4 lbs./acre <br />blue grams - 1 lb./acre <br />yellow sweetclover - 1 lb./acre <br />6. Grazing will be deferred fora minimum of two years after seeding, or <br />when vegetative cover is sufficient. At this time, the fence shall be <br />removed. <br />7. The Bureau of Land Management will be notified before any reclamation <br />work commences so that an inspector can be at the site. <br />D. The only impact which is neither short-term nor mitigable is the permanent <br />loss of gravel. The topography will be changed, but after contouring and <br />reseeding, the effect of this change will be minimized. <br />V.
