The decision date for your application is scheduled for February 18, 2002. <br />Therefore, I would appreciate a response from you on or before February 18, 2002. Please be <br />advised that your application may be deemed inadequate and may be denied on February 18, <br />2002 unless the following adequacy review items are addressed to the satisfaction of the <br />Division. If additional time is needed to prepare an adequate response, you may consider <br />waiving your right to a decision within 90 days and requesting an extension of the decision due <br />date. If you desire an extension, your request must be in writing and received in the Division's <br />Office on or before 4:00 P.M. on February 18, 2002. <br />6.4.4 EXHIBIT D - Minine Plan <br />3. The applicant indicates in the January 25, 2002 adequacy response that up to 66,000 cubic <br />yazds of overburden will be stockpiled during a maximum disturbance scenario. The reclamation <br />cost estimate provided includes costs for replacing or backfilling of 30,570 cubic yazds of <br />overburden. Therefore, the reclamation cost estimate will need to include an itemized cost for <br />backfilling the remaining 35,430 cubic yazds of overburden into the pit. Please respond. <br />6.4.5 EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan <br />4. The applicant indicates in the January 25, 2002 adequacy response that reclamation will <br />consist of 7 lined lakes suitable for water storage for irrigation or exchange purposes as approved <br />by the Division of Water Resources.
