2. Noise
Effective mufflers should be used on all engines and electric
motors used whenever possible.
Mining and crushing operations should be conducted only during the
daytime and limited to weekdays.
3. Visual Impact.
Some natural brush and trees should be preserved to act as a visual
screen. Trees and shrubs should be planted along the west property
line adjacent to State Highway 65.
