<br /> <br />limits of slope and rise established by the Colorado Mining Law. This <br />may require recessed benches to be established. These benches will be <br />developed with a configuration to permit seeding of arid grasses and some <br />growth of evergreens and shrubs. <br />VI. <br />No timetable for the reclamation action has been definitely estab- <br />lished, but it is intended to proceed with the development a=; rapidly <br />as each phase is economically justified. Company will continue its <br />reclamation efforts as the progress of the project continues, consistent <br />with its ultimate objective for development of this property.. <br />VII. <br />' There has been no cost estimate of the ultimate construction which <br />Company intends to accomplish on this site. <br />VIII. <br />Approximately 10 acres were disturbed before July 1, 19~i9. <br />IX. <br />As has been mentioned, the final use of the land where the quarry <br />operation now exists will be commercial development. Stabilization and <br />reclamation methods will be any and all that are necessary to accomplish <br />the ultimate objective. <br />Company Agreement <br />Company hereby agrees to continue its stabilization and reclamation <br />program along the lines outlined above, to employ such techr.~ical advisors <br />as are indicated to enhance the success of its program, and to comply <br />with existing regulations relating to site development. <br />Bond <br />The parties hereto agree that Company shall post its bond in the <br />amount of conditioned upon the faithful performance of <br />the stabilization work set forth in this agreement. Such bond shall be <br />furnished separately and attached to this agreement, and it shall be a <br />condition thereof that it shall be automatically renewed, a~.tnually, unless <br />one of the parties hereto notifies the other in writing at Least 30 days <br />prior to the anniversary date of the termination of coverage of said <br />bond. <br />-3- <br />
