1 1. Drainage control on site. Drainage control at the drill-sites will be through an integrated system, using <br />grading and berms to limit and control surface runoff, mud pits excavated within the footprint of the pad to <br />contain all drilling fluids, and either rock check-dams, silt fence, or straw bales/wattles installed at the low <br />point of the drill- pad to contain sediment and control any discharge. <br />12. All roads to be used for project, and existing conditions of roads, and anticipated improvements: <br />Existing Routt County road, coal haulage roads, ranch roads, and jeep trails will be used to access the <br />drill-sites, except far limited overland routes that may be necessary to access individual drill-sites. A <br />majority of the existing roads are either asphalt or graveled and are adequate for the intended purposes of <br />the exploration project. <br />Environmental Analysis (Provide the following information for the checked items) <br />Q Geologic hazards <br />~ Mitigation techniques proposed for geologic hazards <br />~ Hydrologic hazards <br />~ Mitigation techniques for hydrologic hazazds <br />~ Wildlife impacts -Report from Division of Wildlife <br />~ Suggested mitigation (from Division of Wildlife) <br />~ Wildfire hazazds (report from State Forester) <br />~ Mitigation techniques for wildfire hazazds <br />~ Soils: Erosion control management practices -report from Soil Conservation Service <br />See attached report. <br />Petitioner shall provide a report on the following: <br />1. Air pollution potential from facilities, roads and/or equipment. <br />2. Air pollution controls on facilities, road and equipment. <br />3. Water pollution controls. <br />4. Noise abatement techniques: <br />Hours of operation <br />Distance <br />Type of equipment <br />5. Landscaping, earth moving, visual screening plan and/or landscape plan. <br />See nnaclaed report. <br />Reclamation Plan <br />1. Sketch of existing and final contours, retaining wall(s) and other structures. <br />2. Proposed future land use(s) and its locations. <br />
