1 1. Drainage control on site. Drainage control at the drill-sites will be through an integrated system, using grading and berms to limit and control surface runoff, mud pits excavated within the footprint of the pad to contain all drilling fluids, and either rock check-dams, silt fence, or straw bales/wattles installed at the low point of the drill- pad to contain sediment and control any discharge. 12. All roads to be used for project, and existing conditions of roads, and anticipated improvements: Existing Routt County road, coal haulage roads, ranch roads, and jeep trails will be used to access the drill-sites, except far limited overland routes that may be necessary to access individual drill-sites. A majority of the existing roads are either asphalt or graveled and are adequate for the intended purposes of the exploration project.
