Concurrence
was arrived at on various Division recommendations related only to the
current 9.9 acre proposal since plans for future development of the re-
maining area must be submitted at a later date and are presently too
indefinite for action at this time. Mrs. Frank's representatives were
informed that my recommendations would probably have to be presented to
the Commission for action and they would be given definite word in this
regard by February 29.
On your recommendation, I have requested that the Commission consider the
Frank proposal at their March meeting in Denver. This is with the under-
standing that the Commission may at 'their discretion, approve or disapprove
the recommendations and, also, may wish to consider the proposals as an
addendum to, or modification of the current easement.
I am attaching a draft of the recommendations as discussed at the February
27th meeting, Those present were Robert Bosley, attorney for Pirs. Frank;
Gerald McRae of McRae b Short, Inc.; Rod Village, an associate of Mrs.
Frank and family member; and Eugene Cook, Regional Manager for the Division
of Wildlife.
I will appreciate your comments on the proposals.
Sincerely,
::,~
Eug~ne P.
