<br />Exhibit "D" <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />of the eight areas to be mined to last approximately 2 1/2 to 3 <br />years and would refer you to the plat included in Exhibit "C" for <br />more detailed information. The applicant anticipates eight phases <br />of the mining operation specifically referring to the eight <br />separate parcels indicated on the map. Reclamation will be an <br />ongoing process and follow directly behind the mining operation. <br />(f) Nature, depth and thickness of the deposits to be mined and <br />thickness and type of overburden: <br />Though the exact nature, depth and thickness of the deposits <br />to be mined are unknown, it is anticipated that the aggregate <br />deposits vary from 12 inches to 35 feet in depth and the surface <br />layer or overburden of approximately 5 inches thickness. The soil <br />consists of numa clay loam soil of approximately 6 to 18 inches. <br />(g) Identify the primary and secondary commodities to be mined and <br />describe the intended use: <br />The primary commodities are sand and gravel, and use will be <br />for sale to commercial users for road maintenance, road <br />construction, chip material, concrete production, or all other uses <br />for which sand and gravel can be used. <br />(h) Name and describe the intended use of all expected incidental <br />products to be mined by this operation: <br />The Applicant does not anticipate any incidental products to <br />be mined by this operation. <br />~~ ~To 3,T~ <br />
