On this <br />north side, two brush-covered and tree-covered ridges generally border a centctl tree-covett;d <br />draw, with side slopes of colluvium and soil. <br />Overburden depth to the B Seam in the Wcst Flatiron Lease area rtutgcs from about .SUO feet <br />near the mouth of Raven Gulch in the nonhenst part of the Icasc to about 2.2IX) feet on the <br />cast edge of West Flatiron near the west-central boundary of the lease. <br />No fresh-looking landslides were uhserveal on the north side of the lease.
