MAN-MADE STRUCTURES : All man-made structures on the site will
remain as part of the sawmill operation unless the sawmill ,
' operation ceases prior to the full revegetation of the pit slopes .
In that case, the structures will be dealt with in accordance with
the owner ' s disposal of the land and in accordance wi7.h local
' building codes . If the land is sold to a subsequent party prior to
completion of the reclamation program then the subsequent owner
will become responsible for the completion of the reclamation and
disposition of the buildings through a Succession of Operator
' process .
SCHEDULING: Scheduling of the reclamation work will largely be
' controlled by the timing of the creation of the growth medium. All
efforts will be taken to avoid reclaiming outside of t:he time
periods previously described. This will help to control damages to
the reclamation work by severe thunderstorms in summer.
