•
-84-
to take about another 20 minutes, and we're gonna try to go through the Points
and Authorities Memo. We believe each and everyone of these matters has been
addressed in the permit application in a manner consistent with the
regulations. We are gonna try to go through that with short preparation time
and cover that record. JOUFLAS: Dean, what do you think of that? We indicate which ones --
instead of you going point by point. How about if we have questions about
something, we -- we ask you?
MR. MASSEY: That would be fine as well. With caveat again, I need to
make the record that these, each and every one of these points, 'is covered in
the application.
MR. JOUFLAS: Okdy. Maybe that's better, then.
MR. BARRY: Yeah. I -- Luke, I'd just as soon have 'em go through each
one.
MR. DANIELSON: Yeah. Alright.
MR. BARRY: I've read this, now, but not carefully.
