We used <br />them to cover up potential pipes that could freeze and break. We filled them <br />full of insulation and used them to cover up some of the pipe heads. They <br />were rinsed properly. <br />MR. HOLDER: How did you dispose of the barrels? <br />MR. DOD SON: We still have them. Some of them have been rinsed and <br />mashed flat and disposed of as according to the regulations on them. Some of <br />them are still on site. <br />MR. HOLDER: And some of them are in San Luis? <br />• MR. ORTEGA: That's correct. Right there it sAys this barrel is <br />hazardous when empty. And that's the labels and we can go get the sheriff and <br />go pick 'em up where I know where they're at. <br />MR. MASSEY: Gary, have -- did you -- did you rinse those in accordance <br />wish the manufacturer's instructions and the regulations prior to -- exactly <br />following use -- <br />MR. DODSON: All those barrels were rinsed upon completion of use, they <br />were. <br />MR. JOUFLAS: Luke? <br />MR. DANIEL SON: Let -- you know, let me just say, I -- you Know, I think <br />it's good that the Company has this emergency response plan because I know <br />I've sat here as a member of this Board and heard about problems that have <br />occurred because something happened on site and employees just -- you know -- <br />. there were one or two employees on some site and they didn't know what to do. <br />
