• Differential subsidence could produce minimal ponding and tension <br />r cracks could form in the creek bottoms. However, the thickness <br />of the fine silt present in the drainage system is predicted to <br />fill in ponded areas and hide and quickly seal off any openings <br />caused by the cracking.
