Applicant and arty successor gravel mining operator shall, within ten (10) days of its <br />receipt, provide tb Delta County espies of all results of tests or inspections performed by <br />the State Air Quality Control Commission, the EnvironmeMai Protection Agency, or any <br />other state of federal agency concerning the potential adverse impacts intended to be <br />mitigated by the foregoing conditions. ` <br />25. The operator strati cooperate w@h reasonable requests of Delta Courrty, its employees, <br />agents and representatives, to eater the property upon which the development is to occur, <br />inducting the access road, for purposes of observing and monitoring the operations and <br />determining compliance with the foregoing conditions. Delta County shall be authorized <br />to use and install monitoring devices, including recording devices (e.g. decibel noise <br />meters, decimeters, opadry measuring devices) on or off the property. Such devices, <br />once placed, shall not be disturbed except by Delta County. <br />26. At this time the Board of County Commissioners delegates to representatives of the Delta <br />County Health Department, the Delta County Road and Bridge Departmenrt, the Delta <br />County Solid Waste Departrnent, the Delta County Planning Department and the Delta <br />County Attorney' s Office the authority to monitor and ensure compliance with the <br />foregoing conditions with respect to this development <br />
