Ail outside lighting shall be hooded. <br />2. A detailed site plan approved by the Applicant and County Planner shall ~ attached to <br />the Devebpment Agreement and recorded in the office of the Delta County Clerk and <br />Recorder. Applicant shall apply for and receive an address for the site from Delta County <br />before commenting operations. <br />3. A weed mitigation plan shall be submitted and approved by the Delta County Weed <br />Coordinator prior to commencement of operations. <br />4. Portable self-contained toilets rrseting the Della County Individual Sewage Disposal <br />System regulations shall be maintained on site for employees. <br />5. No retail sales will be allowed at the mine location. <br />6. Copies of all permits issued by the Division of Water Resources, the Division of M~erels <br />and Geology, the Cobrado Department of Health and Environment, and the Mine Safety <br />and Health Administration shall be provided to Delta County prior to commencing, or <br />during the course of, operations. Applicant shall comply with the conditions of all of the <br />permits issued by the State, including but not limited to the retiamation plan approved by <br />the State Division of Minerals and Geology. <br />7. Hours of operation of the gravel pit shall be from 7:00 am. through 5:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Friday, except legal holidays. Approval from the Board of County Commissionere <br />must be obtained m conduct operations on Saturdays and holidays and for extended <br />hours of operation Monday through Friday. Applcant shall be authored to perform <br />regular maintenance during reasonable hours on weekends, so long as no mining or <br />crushing operations take place and,rf necessary due to weather conditions, Applicant <br />shall be authorized to lnamt up" its equipment up to one half (112) hour in advance of the <br />commencement time set forth above for operations. <br />8. Applicant shall comply with an aggressive plan of rapid land reclamation to reduce the <br />actual mined area and to limit the area to be disturbed for mining. <br />9. Applicant, and any successor operator of the gravel pd, strati repair, or reimburse the <br />County for repairs, for ail damage lb any wunty road resuitirp from the operations of this <br />development Damage assessment and repairs needed shall be at the discretion of the <br />District #1 Road Foreman. Such repairs shall be affected, or the costs reimbursed, within <br />30 days after written notice is provided to the operator by the County. <br />
