Reynolds Pit <br />DMG 112 Application <br />Exhibit H -Wildlife Information <br />This property has been cultivated farmland for many years. Wildlife consists of birds, small <br />mammals and reptiles found in and azound agricultural activity. <br />a) The most significant wildlife on the property is songbirds and pheasants. There also are a <br />variety of snakes and small rodents. Deer, raccoons, skunks, foxes and coyotes <br />occasionally cross the property. <br />b) The alfalfa field is used by ground nesting birds such as pheasants in the spring. <br />c) We believe there are no threatened or endangered species on this site. <br />d) This operation will have little effect on wildlife since the property is regulazly disturbed <br />by agricultural activity. Animals using the azeas of active mining will be displaced until <br />mining and reclamation aze completed. The property provides only seasonal food and <br />cover, mostly on the 20-acre Reynolds parcel which will be least disturbed. <br />
