The total quantity of storage rights is 28.49 <br />acre-feet on a decreed absolute basis and 54,200 acre- <br />feet on a conditional basis, for a total of 54,278.49 <br />acre-feet. The grand total of these totals is 221,649.49 <br />acre-feet. The presentation of these quantities demon- <br />strates that Energy Fuels holds sufficient water rights <br />to mitigate any potential problem with respect to water <br />availability. The replacement of water rights is also <br />discussed under Sections 779.17 and 816.54. <br />Irrigation water would be released from Pond A as needed <br />to satisfy a call from a downstream user.
