~`
Revised 1/11/80
• Section 780.21(b) Continued.
mining in Eckman Park only, a total of approximately 118
acre-feet of intercepted ground water will be pumped out
of the boxcuts and will augment stream flow by 0.036 cu-
bic feet per second in the Foidel Creek tributary located
in the Eckman Park area. The location of the boxcuts
from which water will be pumped is in the Eckman Park
area as shown on the Eckman Park Mine Plan (Map 33).
Rates of discharge are shown on Figure 33, Eckman Park
Mine Discharge.
In the extremely remote event that retention of runoff by
• mining operations creates an adverse impact within the
mine plan area or downstream, any injury can be mitigated
with a supplementation of water from Energy Fuels' sub-
stantial holdings of senior surface water rights within
the general area. These water rights are shown in Table
16, Ditch Rights, and Table 17, Storage Rights. The to-
tal quantity of flow rights is 63.19 cubic feet per sec-
ond on a decreed absolute basis and 640 cubic feet per
second on a conditional basis for a total of 703.19 cfs.
For a four-month irrigation season, this would translate
to 15,050 acre-feet on an absolute basis and 152,331

780-163(a)
