I thought it would be finished by now; however, we still <br />have some application exhibits that need review. The review will be finished soon after the Pre- <br />Hearing Conference, on the 12~' of October. <br />I have enclosed our review (memo comments to me from Allen Sorenson) regarding the Slurry <br />Wall and Slope Stability Analysis. You can get started addressing his concerns based on this <br />memo.
