Does <br />this mean that all mining overburden will <br />be stored in Dowe Flats until the year <br />2021? If not, where will it be stored? <br />Page 8-- Question: Regarding paragraph 5; Can you please <br />provide further information on the <br />federal wetland definition being used in <br />this description? <br />Page 9-- Comment: Regarding paragraph 2; We are concerned <br />about the proposed reservoir inundating <br />10.8 acres of wetland. <br />Page 9-- Question: In paragraph 3, Southdown states that the <br />Federal Government requires no wetland <br />mitigation here. Does this mean that they <br />do not intend to mitigate for this wetland <br />loss? <br />Pgs 31&35-Comment: Section 5.5.3 of p. 31 states "The <br />reservoir is not anticipated to impact <br />groundwater quality or quantity." <br />However, in sharp contrast to this, page <br />35, paragraph 1 states that "impacts (of <br />the reservoir) to sensitive downstream <br />fish and wildlife are uncertain because <br />even conceptual information on water <br />sources, diversions, distinctions, and <br />possible depletions are preseatly uakaowa. <br />// Also, couldn't the Syntex toxic waste <br />burial site in Dowe Flats affect the <br />reservoir's quality? <br />Page 32-Question: Section 5.5.5- When will the black-footed <br />ferret and burrowing owl studies be <br />complete? <br />Paragraph 4 states-"Daily and seasonal <br />wildlife movement between these areas <br />(Indian Mtn, Rabbit Mtn and St Vrain <br />Creek) cross the project area and add to <br />
