The fencing should be so placed to prevent <br />children from accumulat3.ng along the rirn of the quar>_Y and <br />possibly falling into the pit. This would seem to relieve <br />Niel.son's of some future liability responsibility and like- <br />wise the County by virtue of their possible cpproval of <br />this operation, <br />It is the plan of the Commission to give early consideration <br />of designation of the various gravel sites along the Dolores <br />River, <br />It is further rl:carrmended that the County petition the bureau <br />of Reclamation to permit continued operation of the Dolores <br />Pit until actual coverage of the site by water stored by the <br />Delores River Project.
