<br />CLAY MINING LEASE <br />AND ACCESS EASEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into effective the 1st day of January, 1996, <br />by and among Dixie Jean Stevens (hereinafter called Lessor), Dixie Jean Stevens, Ruth N. Stevens, <br />Vashtie A. Stevens and Richard M. Stevens (hereinafter called Grantors), and THE DENVER <br />BRICK COMPAt~Il', (hereinafter called Lessee). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable <br />considerations in hand paid to the Lessor and Grantors by the Lessee, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, and in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the parties agree as <br />follows: <br />1.
