<br /> <br />Exhibit I -Soils Information <br />The soils for this area have been mapped and described by the U.S.D.A. Soil <br />Conservation Service (SCS) in a published soil survey. According to this survey, <br />three mapping units comprise the area to be disturbed: (NeE) Newlin Gravelly <br />sandy loam, 8 to 30 percent slopes; (RoE) Renohill sandy loam, reddish <br />variant, 2 to 5 percent slopes; and (Lo) Loamy Alluvial Land. The majority of the <br />area to be disturbed consists of the Newlin gravelly sandy loam. <br />Figure I included herein is a soils map of the area delineating the mapping <br />units. Descriptions of the mapping units and representative profiles are attached. The <br />descriptions were derived from the SCS Soil Survey of the Castle Rock Area, 1974. <br />-15- <br />
