<br />Cultural Practices <br />~. <br />• Seeding will occur during the fall or early spring in order to take <br />advantage of available soil moisture conditions during the spring. <br />• Following seeding, grass hay mulch will be applied at a rate of <br />approximately 2 tons/acre, and mechanically crimped {or netted <br />where necessary) to anchor against using blowing. <br />• At the time of reclamation, a soils test will be made in order to <br />determine the exact fertilization requirements. For the purposes of <br />bond calculations, it was ssumed that 87 lbs./ac. 46-0-0, 89 lbs./ac. <br />0-45-0 and 65 lbs./ac 0-0-62 would be required. <br />Access Road <br />The access road is pre-existing and will remain upon completion of the <br />operation for continuing use by the landowners. <br />-9- <br />
