(WSC) has reviewed your <br />letter of :larch 21, 1980, wit:: its attached standard and <br /> special stipulations, with regard to approval of the e:: tension <br /> for mining of 1320 feet into Lease tip. C-27103, the East <br /> Mine sediment pond, the coal warn plant, and the underground <br /> waste disposal system. Since t75C received that letter last <br /> week, it has discussed certain difficulties with a few of <br /> the stipulations with Bob Hagen, John Hardaway, and Tom Pike <br /> of }•our staff as well as rearesentatives of the Colorado <br /> :tined Land Reclamation Division. As a result of these <br /> d:-~..uas;o„a, wC uClieva ci~at ayrce,r,enc i~as been reacnea <br /> a~~ng t4SC and the regulatory authorities with regard to <br /> cL•rtain minor modifications of the stipulation set forth <br /> balow.
