M-86-047 <br />Adequacy Letter <br />Dear Mr. Schafer: <br /> <br />The application fora Mining and Reclamation Permit for this operation was <br />deemed complete on April 4, 1986. Your application has been scheduled for <br />consideration by the Mined Land Reclamation Board on April 23-24, 1986. <br />Before your application can be considered by the Board, you must complete the <br />following notice requirements: <br />o publish notice of the filing of this application and provide proof <br />of the notice to us; <br />o mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights <br />of affected land and immediately adjacent land and provide proof of <br />the mailing, such as Certified F1ai1 Return Receipt Requested, to <br />us; and, <br />o place a copy of this application for public review, less <br />confidential items, with the County Clerk and Recorder. Any <br />subsequent changes or additions you make to the applications on <br />file in our office must also be made in this local government copy. <br />I have reviewed the application to determine whether it is adequate to meet <br />the requirements of Act and Regulations. The attached list details items that <br />need clarification before the application will satisfy the applicable <br />requirements.
