EXHIBIT C - Mining Plan
' 1 . Dates - Mining will commence as soon as proper permits
are established and will continue as long as stone
' supply is available , permit is valid , and market trends
support extraction .
2 . Topsoil - Due to the nature of the rock slide that rock
' will be extracted from the top soil consideration will
not apply . No soil will need to be removed or relocated
because the rock area is all surface .
' 3. Because the slide rock is on top no overbudren or waste
rock will need to be removed to reach deposit .
' 4 . Slide rock will be removed to a maximum of 3 meters ,
the deposit ranges from 1 to 30 meters .
' 5 . Major Components - The major components of our mining
operation will simply involve the parking area for
employee ' s vehicles (not to exceed 4 pickup spaces )
' along the existing access road , and a 10 ' X 20 ' area
for a mobile crane . No maintenance building , processing
plant , office or otheir permanent structures will be
' necessary .
6 . Disturbances - There will be no significant disturbances
to the land surface .
1 7 . Roads - An access road already exists to the general
mining area . Three duo four short access points (less
' than 10 meters each) will be needed to gain access to
the slide areas . Construction or improvements of new
or existing roads will not be necessary .
' 8 . Water - No water will be needed for extraction purposes .
Drinking water will be provided with bottled water .
' 9 . Ground Water - Due to no excavation no ground water or
surface water will be encountered .
' 10 . [dater Rights - No existing water rights will be disturbed ,
altered or infringed upon .
' 11 . Processing - All material disturbed will be extracted .
No on site milling or preparation is necessary . Stone will
simply be extracted , stacked on palletts and removed by
truck via access road . No plant facilities , tailings ,
' heaps or drainage ale erations will be made .
