County Road MM has been labeled on the Pre- Mining and Mining maps. <br />6. All of the lands reflected within the surveyed area of 37.88 acres are the <br />"Permit/Affected Land Boundary" and have been so labeled. <br />7. The location of the "orderly berm of topsoil" is noted on the maps; topsoil, <br />if any, will be located in the SE corner of the permitted site. <br />Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan <br />8. Seeding, if required, will be with a dry land mixture comprised of the <br />following: <br />Lincoln, Smooth Brome <br />Hycrest, Crested Wheatgrass <br />Bozousky, Russian Wildrye <br />Tetrapoid, Perennial Ryegrass <br />Renegade, Perennial Ryegrass <br />Oahe, Intermediate Wheatgrass <br />Site will be disked before seeding and it is not anticipated that any <br />fertilization will be needed. <br />9. Slopes will be graded 3/1; There will be no overburden other than the <br />topsoil, if any. No screening of the fines will be necessary and there will <br />be a sufficient quantity of fines for the planned backfill. <br />10. Seeding of stockpiles will only be implemented if erosion necessitates. <br />The seeding mixture, if needed, will be the same as enumerated in item <br />#8 above. <br />Exhibit F -Reclamation Plan Map <br />11.
