<br /> <br />Exhibit D -Reclamation Plan <br />All reclamation is to take place concurrently with mining operations <br />and will be completed within 60 days after completion of the operation. All <br />processing equipment and structures will be removed from the property after <br />completion of the operation. <br />The non-saleable waste material from phase one will be placed into the <br />two existing intermediate benches in a rip rap configuration and sloped as to <br />insure no material Bluffing into the South Fork of the Platte River. The <br />non-saleable waste material from phase two will be placed in the excavated <br />area of phase one. When all mining is completed the entire pit will be rounded <br />and sloped to a maximum gradient of 3:1. <br />The existing roads will be left after mining. All pond areas will be filled <br />and or graded to the correct slope gradients of a maximum 3:1 slope. <br />As no top soil or vegetation exists currently on the property, no re-soiling <br />or re-vegetation is required. The physical characteristics of the surface <br />are not conducive to plant growth. <br />
