-112(4)(1) (12) EXHIBIT L - Reclamation Costs
• The cost of reclamation of this mining operation
will be in the course of removing gravel.
The primary reclamation plan will be to scrape
the overburden from the land, consisting of residual
slag from previous smelter operations and burying
it. After we have removed the debris and standing
foundations and concrete abutments we can start
our gravel extraction. Upon completion of each
area as described on the plan and in the time-
table the finished grade will be level and sur-
faced with clean sand and gravel from the operation
and stockpiling of materials. The areas that are
• going to be used for stockpiling will be main-
tained in good and level condition for our truck
traffic. At the final phase, the complete disturbed
and affected area will be graded and left in flat
and clean condition, ready to receive seeding as
outlined in Exhibit E, Reclamation Plan.
• -
-Page -19-
